It has been quite a journey and slot of hard work to get the défense together; still needs a bit of work but it has been up front that we have struggled to take the chances that we should have. I just feel, if only we could have got Stewart fit and kept him like it. He is a killer striker, which we miss, and I feel that if he had been available this season, he would have absolutely have been the difference to us taking our chances and calming that automatic promotion place! Russell must have been so frustrated with this because I believe he really has been the missing piece. Let’s hope he can make the play offs without injury. We will see! Clearly Russell is disappointed but the team have done a great job even for the really silly points we have dropped this season. With Stewart we could even have been champions.

If Southampton win the playoffs then Southampton got to back him up. Southampton need players that can keep them up and build on from there.

Look if Southampton go up they can keep their current players that made them go down last time or they get rid of the deadwood that is the ones that aren't good in the premier league.

We are 4th and have had a good season in a very tough division, even a better division than the Premier league for competitiveness, so he is obviously doing something right!
