@@3three3three3three theres footage of him and danny playing where you can definitely see danny smile at some of his fills, great appreciates great, herb just serves a much more nuanced community, i completely agree with you though, id love to see him in a more prog rock jazz scene, and based off the newest single, we'll at least get to see more prog stuff from him!

Loved primus since I was a young kid. Now 27 and about 5 years ago when my fiance bought me tickets to a concert they had nearby it was life changing. Best concert I've ever been too. The place was packed like fucking sardines and smelled like great weed. Good times.

i had the pleasure of seeing primus once, on a festival. the scorpions, sum 41 and some limp bizkit coverband was playing at the same time and it was lik 33c outside and primus played inside:P needless to say less then 100 people went to see primus. it was fucking awesome. they played great and i could actually see the artists for once.

And as usual Larry LaLonde was one of the first great metal guitarists and he was in the band possessed one of the original bands from the 80s that play Death Metal and he was their lead guitarist just another underrated guitarist like Alex lifeson

This movie will be a Christmas tradition in my house thanks to the dude who uploaded it on KZfaq just long enough for me to rip it. I bought a ticket. To me there's not a better band the past 30 years and more significant to the music world then this Trio and they're the best to do it since Rush I also saw them open for rush in 1992 for sailing the Seas of cheese and roll the bones the greatest show I've ever seen. And I think this is the best drummer bass combo there is in music sorry Danny Carey and Justin Chancellor Yes I do believe that Tim Alexander is a better drummer than Danny Carey.

Sometimes live versions are better... Specially in closed-off environments like Pachyderm station! Perhaps a better studio than Les' own studio, judging by what they produce here.

Yes it is. And it's the classic lineup but not the original. I believe the Sausage line up might be the "original". They were before this lineup anyway. Les, Todd Huth & Jayski Lane.

Nope , it's usually standard or drop. Most of his basses are piccolo bass. Thiner strings, longer scale. That part of his unique sound
