UIU is definitely a better choice. After completing your degree you can potentially get a job in May of the conglomerates of UIU.

You first need to check with the university (where you are planning) if they will approve your credit or not. Send them an email with your transcript.

Considering it is not one of the top ranked universities, you have to set your expectations accordingly. Most universities offer standard BBA course which wouldn’t be an exception for SEU.

Yes that’s possible. You have to check which country and the university and if they accept credits for the course you are studying.
