This southern blotting thingy took my lecturer four straight hours to explain. But I couldn't still understand. Just 8 minutes with you, I had the exam paper by scrotum lol. You simply amazing. Keep it up...

Many comments thanking you, the video is easy to grasp the concept. But it needs to be mentioned that you have omitted some steps in the process like depurination and baking which are essential for the Southern blotting process. Not sure if you read the comments, but at least mention the fact that you have left out some steps.
