Southern Roach - The Best Roach Fishing I Ever Had!

In this video I head down to southern England for work, and of course some fishing. Nearby are some famous rivers that have produced quality roach. Over the week and dodging heavy rain I managed a couple of sessions. Fishing bread and corn on the stick float I land some amazing fish! Thanks for watching!

Another great video with some fantastic fish in a beautiful part off the world. I had an aunt and uncle who lived down there who fished reminded me of my childhood, thanks for some brilliant memories.

I wasn't sure what to expect so took my most versatile set up. Next time I'd use a centre pin for sure!

Hello what a lovely video, and those Roach very nice fish for sure, thanks for sharing, the Thames used to have loads of Dace that size, and I think there coming back.

Some lovely roach and dace. Would have been ideal for the old 'pin. I'd be interested in a review of the rod as travel rods for coarse angler are generally way behind the quality of those for game fishing.

Stunning fish mate! Did much better than me when i was working down there fortnight back! I had a crack at trotting throop on the Stour but couldn't get past the minnows and trotting pegs were few and far between, likely much better in winter when veg chills back though 😀 Cheers, Joel

That is another river I'd like to try as it produces some nice fish too. I think this was perfectly timed to avoid minnows, that and I fished quite big bits of bread.
