I’m with you Mary on the can of corn! I heat it up with a little butter and mmmm mmmm mmmm 😋 does it hit the spot! You are so kind, thoughtful, and generous to donate such a wide variety of healthy and delicious versatile food items to your local food pantries!!! Melts my heart! I would love to be able to do something like this myself but I unfortunately struggle to make ends meet with just my husband and I. Along with our little one on the way. Othe day I’m able to give back though I absolutely will because I truly believe what you put out in the universe you get back! This haul has also been good inspiration for the next time I’m able to shop! Thank you for all that you do!

I've recently switched to shopping at aldi myself. Even though I can afford not to, I just couldn't justify these crazy increases in food seemingly overnight. For my little household of two adults and two cats, I went from spending 130-140 a week down to 80 or 90 a week at Aldi. You can't get the same selection, but even if you shop there 3 weeks and do one week at your normal store for your "favorites", you'll still save a lot of money month over month.

I think it's extra kind that some of the items you chose to give away you chose because your family enjoys them

I love the rice pouches. Always in my pantry and also I buy the small cups and give to the dog with chicken. I agree, Aldi has gone up in price at least here in Melbourne Australia and we have not been able to find most of the laundry items since the pandemic was lifted.

Funny thing is, you never know what will go up. One that surprised me was oatmeal, just regular old-fashioned style rolled oats in the big canister. That went from $2.50 to $3.50 between times I bought it.
