The only flaw I have found in the greentouch rack system are the locks. Here is a quick video showing how to change locks to master locks to solve the issue. Enjoy.

Sounds like green touch may want to revamp to using master locks from the get go

No prob. Very easy to do. I also spray wd40 on my lock key hole and around the locks once a year and slide like butter.

The lock ain’t going to be the problem. My stuff got stolen and the thieves just pried them out using the leverage of the weedeaters and just bent the tangs releasing them. The whole thing is just set up to slow them down. It don’t matter if you have a military grade lock with a nuclear code when all they need to do is pull on the trimmers till they come loose. These racks just make you feel better about yourself bc they aren’t stopping anything if they want it.

That’s why I alternate the prongs on the end of my trimmers one prong faces the trimmer head and then I’ll flip it so another prong faces the engine so that no matter if the pull left or right it’s going to be harder to bend the upright post.

Why would they send you a no name brand lock with a top of the line trimmer rack with a top of the line price?

Rogers’ Lawn Care they get their locks from harbor freight. They sent me racks that were locked with no key and it was a nightmare. Didn’t even want to replace them. They told me go buy a new lock from harbor freight and drill the old one out. Yeah. Great company let me tell you!
