I go southport pleasureland every year :) and i love all the thrilling rides.

Brilliant! This was my childhood fairground as we lived not far away in Crosby. Used to be packed with rides and attractions and it was such a shame to see it pulled down. Obviously it's not what it was but great to see if being brought back to life. Love your videos.

This use to be one of the places were use to go for a day out when we're were younger. Cyclone was the first coaster I ever did back in 1992. Looks like it's a still a nice day out. Ski jump was on of our favourite rides as kids!

I'm going to this park in a couple of weeks for the first time since it reopened! I am mega excited! Amazing videos Theme Park Worldwide :)

I was there, I'm local and it was my birthday on the 23rd of July!

I always loved to visit pleasure land to ride the traumatizer as a kid good times, it was local for me until it was relocated to Blackpool.

Me, Lee Wood and Tom Exley could all see Southport when on the Big on the Sunday when you were here and we were waving and shouting.

the Liseberg wheel is the most beautiful ferris wheel i have riden- it is also my favourite!!!

there is a coaster like that one that was closed on this vlog with the loop on Brighton Pier and Air Race like the one at Drayton Manor opened in 2012 I think

I live a 20 minute drive away from Southport, and I’ve always thought the outside castle part looked run down, but now I understand it’s because it was left for a few years.

Went there on Saturday and Sunday was quite impressed

Being from Liverpool myself I used to always go to southport pleasure lad really miss it especially the cyclone, ghost train & their own river caves!! Never went in tromertizer always got scared haha

About 30 years ago they had an American Looping Star. The only roller coaster I have ever been on. Hated every minute of it lol lol. I have a phobia of heights. Would love to ride coasters but can't. Great Vlog!!

Hey Shawn, i have been wanting to go to Blackpool Pleasure Beach ever since i got into theme parks. i went once when i was younger but i wasn't in to rollercoasters and i was scared of going on rides. I am wanting to do the rides and i have been wanting to go to the late night rides event on the 30th July do you think that on this event with the park being open until 10pm, that you will be able to do all of the thrill rides and others like river caves and the ghost train? Anyway keep up the good work. Im not completely sure if i will be able to get there on the 30th but should be there at some other time.

They've managed to get the pinfari looper working and word is that it is actually Gauntlet from Camelot- no idea if it's true but ofc they would deny it after the fatal accident... Edit: They have apparently bought Knightmare for 800k, and it's being restored by near Blackpool; I'm not sure if I believe it though.
