I like how that judge did something we saw one of your newer judges do - "You are not John Doe?" - "No I am John of the family Doe" - "Ok then John Doe did not appear in court and a warrant will be issued for his arrest". Just like "proof of jurisdiction" or other sovcit handbook checklist items. Maybe schedule all sovcit cases at the end of the day so they have to wait - counter their nonsense right away

The legal fiction did appear, and he was the Administrator on behalf of the Legal Fiction. The Legal Fiction is non-living, and cannot speak for itself. Had the Administrator identified himself as the same as the legal fiction, he then acquiesces responsibility, rather than representation. The court was filed and held in COMMON LAW, which, in Canada, has jurisdiction. Interpretation act of the Criminal Code of Canada even states that common law is above civil law, except in Quebec ( they are different animals anyway - lol ). The Court of civil proceedings has no jurisdiction over "we the people" because admiralty court is based in contract law, and contract law does not have jurisdiction over living men or living women simply because corporations cannot contract with them, and vice versa. I'm sure most of you realize that, but just want to emphasize it. Common Law ( or Natural Law ), has no borders because it is base in your inalienable rights as a living man or woman and given to you by your creator ( eg. freedom of thought/speech, etc. ). The only variations are statutes and acts under Maritime Declarations of different countries ( jurisdictions ). If I'm wrong, please correct me, because it is all a learning curve for every freedom fighter.

When one buys into a lie, they will seldom believe the truth, even if it hits them between the eyes. You are a slave to a corporation and have been gas lit your entire life. Enjoy.

This might have already been answered.. The reason the Judge bows upon entering/leaving the bench area is that crest which appears on the wall behind them.. They're technically bowing to honour the Queen as technically it's still her authority through which courts operate. All officers of the court from the top down give a little bow to that crest or at least to the concept of "honouring the Queen's justice." Canada is still a member of the British Commonwealth and Elizabeth II is still their Queen under their constitution.

You make excellent point. Sans excuse, facts are Canadians rarely challenge order of law and social conduct in Canada. Thus, it is not uncommon to find authorities, bailiffs, etc. within courts to be unprepared and ill-equipped for such orders by a judge to intervene with an uncooperative participant in proceedings. That being said, we see many situations in usa courts where prompt, efficient, appropriate shutdown of contempt of court is far from present. Thanks - appreciating the discussion!

One thing I don't understand is, Why the people who claim "Moorish" citizenship are not asked for a passport or visa when they confront the police or courts. If they cannot present such documents, then they should be detained until their citizenship can be verified.
@luxonlex4453
@luxonlex4453 2 жыл бұрын
Many departments and courts without jurisdiction (I know, but this one counts), do not inquire or enforce citizenship status. If one is a tourist, illegal, have a green card or is a citizen, the laws of the land are applicable without discrimination. If there was a real issue with it, such as human trafficking violations or international gang affiliation (MS 13), department supervision or the presiding court could opt to contact ICE (Immigration and Customs Enforcement) to take on federal charges and eventual exportation. Yet it is not a requirement. If the individual is a violent repeat offender, they could wait for the States Department of Corrections, to make the jurisdiction transfer, just prior to the inmates release. Sanctuary States and cities are notorious for arresting illegal aliens, yet never notifying ICE or USCIS (U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Service) about the detention, charges or conviction. The FED. does not know about the conviction until there is an NCIC (National Crime Information Center) or INTRPOL (International Criminal Police Orginization) inquiry on the individual, post release. I know, it would be nice to hemm them up with federal charges, but no go in many areas.

@mrgoat86 I think you missed my point. My comment had nothing to do with what clothes these sov/cits wear. I was pointing out that if they want to claim that police or the courts don't have jurisdiction over them because they are moorish citizens. But then they quote the constitution to present their arguments. If as they say they are not American citizens then they cannot claim rights under the constitution. So using their logic the court should demand their passport or green card. If they can't produce them they should be turned over to immigration officials as illegal aliens.

Hi Mike. Tim from Canada. The bowing is likely similar to what happens in a Canadian parliament. Speaker bows to the house and vice-versa as a sign of respect. In court, counsel will bow to the judge who represents the queen and the judge to counsel. .... and, I'll admit it now... I'm literally wearing a red and black plaid shirt while watching this tonight...awkward...

Hello Mike, Found this in Wikipedia...Sorry it's a bit long. "In 2012, Wilfred Keith Thompson (later known as Kate of Gaia[1][13]) and two others were arrested by police in Guelph, Ontario, Canada, charged with breaking, entering and theft as well as firearms offences. Thompson had previously made headlines for informing City Hall, local police, Guelph MP Frank Valeriote, Prime Minister Stephen Harper and other officials he is "an autonomous being not controlled by others". One of his co-defendants, Trevor "Red" De Block, refused to identify himself to the court, though it was said that his criminal mug shot, computer records, tattoos and other information confirmed his identity. "I object," De Block said, adding that he was not the "rightful owner" of his name, but refusing to clarify or participate in legal proceedings. "I don't bow down to bail . . . to false gods," he said, and rejected assistance from the appointed lawyer. Thompson and De Block were denied bail.[30]"

That was a later encounter with Canadian law enforcement and judiciary that Mr. Thompson had. The one in the video arose from his parking on his lawn rather than in his driveway, contrary to Guelph Ontario bylaws. He was charged with two counts and was convicted 29 days later, being fined $260.

The videos that 99/100 people watch are “SovCit” that are not educated well enough to fully defend them selves and it is pretty embarrassing but at the same time entertaining I admit. Wearing a hat in court is equally disrespectful here in Canada as it is pretty much everywhere else. I am surprised that he was not required to remove it. On that note the bailiffs were slow to act when told to remove him from the court, which they never did despite being ordered to do so by the judge. I would not want to be them when court is done, I bet the judge had a few choice words for them.

I have heard of judges here in Canada ordering petulant or ignorant men to remove their hats while court is in session, while for women it is allowed to keep hats on. I was witness to a court proceeding where a man who was a defendant was ordered to go home and change his clothing because he wore dirty, raggedy clothing. He was trying to give the judge the impression that he couldn't afford child support payments, which ultimately didn't work. The hearing was delayed and he was ordered to return wearing clean appropriate wear. Also we had a color-blind defence attorney who wore 2 different color of socks to court, was ordered by the judge to go home and change to matching socks, before his case would be heard by the judge.

Are you sure about that? Fishing and hunting licenses are a bit confused in Canada, some first nations groups don't need licensing under treaty, but it can take a court to unwind things.
@Curlyblonde
@Curlyblonde 6 ай бұрын
Aboriginals and seniors over 65 yrs. do not require a fishing licence in Canada. Also if you plead poverty and can convince the court that you have to hunt and fish in order to feed yourself and your family to prevent starvation, you cannot be charged with hunting or fishing without a licence. I have seen the latter defence used successfully in a poaching charge here in our local court in Canada.

Bowing - Court officials in the UK bow to the Crown which is displayed in every court. We have Freemen on the Land in the UK. The courts have a special protocol for dealing with them because they are often disruptive, but when they go to court they always lose. In the UK we do have a specific Admiralty Court which deals with admiralty law. It is separate from the civil, military or law courts.

Wilfred Keith Thompson was charged with twice violating a Guelph Ontario bylaw that prohibited parking on your lawn rather than your driveway. The hearing in the video took place on 1 Sep 2010. When the judge came back from the recess, he adjourned the case to 30 Sep 2010 since nobody admitting to being Wilfred Keith Thompson had appeared for the case. 29 days later, he was convicted in absentia and fined $260 for the two violations. It was reported in the local newspaper, the Guelph Mercury Tribune. The person who filmed the proceedings got very lucky. It is against the law to film court proceedings in Canada without obtaining permission from the judge and it is rare to get such permission for any purpose. It certainly isn't given so that you can then post it on KZfaq. The penalty for doing so is a fine of up to $25,000 or imprisonment of not more than six months. The Crown chose not to pursue charges. The court decision mentioned in the second part of the video, containing the analysis of the Freeman on the Land/Sovereign Citizen litigant, was Meads v. Meads, 2012 ABQB 571. It was written by Associate Chief Justice JD Rooke of the Court of Queen's Bench of Alberta. The analysis has been cited over two hundred times in subsequent court decisions dealing with Canadian FoTLs or Organized Pseudolegal Commercial Argument (OPCA) litigants as the analysis named them. It put a real damper on the Canadian sovereign citizen movement.
