@@ronfullerton3162 it's not just that, it's the grasping for straws by those with mental and cognitive issues. The whole sovereign citizen movement is nothing more than the pathetic looking for a loophole. It is a way for them to think they are smarter than those around them when in fact, they are at or below the moron level. IMO it's really no different than organized religion....or the followers of cults like Jim Jones. Just think about the bible: it was written by men to explain the world according to the followers. If you do this, this will happen to you. In the case of SovCits: they believe that by simply stating certain words and phrases they will be excused.

what's even more ludicrous is the belief that they can pick and choose what laws they follow and what laws they don't simply by saying some "magic words". I used the travelling and driving argument with people in Ottawa who argued that the trucker protest violated their rights. I explained to them too that you have a right to travel, and freedom of movement. The protest didn't violate that in any way. "but I couldn't drive" well, driving is a privilege not a right.

A lot of people on here are also lawyers, so while we love the entertaining, we can take the seriousness too. Attorney Daley has the look of the world weary-- he appears to be very competent, but he's already moved on, looking so forward to putting this case in the final bill and close file.😁 And I don't blame him! What's with all of the moving around?? He's making me seasick. Is he on his vessel? The word salad is incomprehensible.
