Sovcits represent themselves because actual attorneys won't file bullshit sovcit motions, like jurisdiction and admiralty /military tribunal nonsense. McCloud is a prime example of sovcit stupidity because he wouldn't reply to comprehending the max penalties - if he had any common sense he would have answered the simple question and saved his jurisdiction nonsense at a relevant time. But no, he played his game and lost, and he will lose every other court appearance as long as he sticks with sovcit nonsense. It's amazing how many sovcits buy into their mindset when it fails every time in court, but they keep trying and failing, maybe they like jail and court fees?

Apparently 300 million Americans are all completely in on the conspiracy to take away the rights of about a million conspiracy theorists who paid $399.99 in 3 easy installments to learn how to avoid paying $35 for a 4-year driver license and $100 a year for car registration!! Most Judges earned that title for being rational and fair while having a great understanding of law. . Most level headed judges will try to give any defendant the benefit of the doubt. They will also give the SovTards a fair chance to abandon the foolishness that they've been convinced of, as well as fair warning as to the consequences of what will inevitably follow. Furthermore, any judge worth their salt would not want to make any sort of mistake that would give the confused SovTard any semblance of a victory through a legal loophole.

Just finished watching the first bit on old squishy gardeners channel, but gonna watch the whole thing again because I support both channels… Judge Gauthier is awesome. He’s dealt with sovereign citizens enough that he’s got their number. His patient and fair, but isn’t going to put up with bullshit. We seriously need more judges like him.

Loved this first judge. His explanation of the origins of jurisdiction was exactly what I thought it was. Sovcit’s only response was that he didn’t understand statutory jurisdiction. You learn something new every day, eh, sovcit?! Looks like there’s something more than common law jurisdiction and military tribunals. WHO’DA THOUGHT?!

Legal question: is it possible any of these judges could set a precedent that others could follow?
@RichAFCW
@RichAFCW 6 ай бұрын
I think many of them already have. I sometimes hear a judge say to a SovCit that their idiotic argument has no basis, as per [some case]. I'm no legal eagle, but I think each each time one of their arguments is shot down, and the judge gives a reason, that becomes case law that can be drawn upon in future. Although now that I think about it, those comments from the judge are negative (ie not allowing an argument) instead of positive (creating a precedent). Basically, I don't know. Good question.

@jmr5125
@jmr5125 6 ай бұрын
In the legal sense, not really. Unless a court is an appeals court, rulings of a particular court only establish precedent for that specific court. However, it isn't uncommon for judges to consider rulings of "sibling" courts when making their rulings. After all, if 10 courts found a particular argument convincing, then you should at least _consider_ the arguments.

Why don’t any of these people research the success rate of sovcit per se cases? Can’t they see the probability of their antics ever working in their favor is not only ZERO, it makes things exponentially and at least 2 standard deviations worse? Clearly it’s the definition of an idiot. Doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.
