No cop should ever accept anything but license, insurance, registration. That's the only valid documentation. Anything else should get thrown back into the car.

I remember a traffic stop where the guy's plates were from Dubai cause the car was. He still had every other official document plus temporary US plates. Was on his way to get permanent plates iirc.

I actually just want to see a cop say "Sir/Madam. The most updated version of Black's dictionary is the 11th edition. And even if the version you're using were accurate, the definition of driving doesn't mean you have be using to as an employee for commercial use. 'Employed' in this context means engaged in the use/operation of a vehicle. Now, license, registration, and insurance."

The minute they won’t roll windows down more than 2 inches, the officer needs to understand what’s happening and change footing. He needs to then move to a different set of tactics because a sovereign citizen is involved. Order them out of the car twice, on the third try break a window, tase and remove.

You know, if these people don’t want to pay registration and taxes, they should have no right to use the roads and infrastructure that the registration and taxes pay for. They need to build their own roads. They should realize that in order for them to just do whatever they want, they need to go live on their own island. They should have NO rights that the rest of the public have if they don’t want to help take care of the infrastructure they feel they have a right to use, which they don’t, because they don’t help support it.

Was it uninsured? I missed that part. With the passport card, he probably had enough info to check on her DL. If she had a valid DL and current insurance, then just citing her for expired registration would be the proper thing to do. However, in one video, the car was impounded, by state law, because the expiration was over six months. Personally, I would have cuffed her for being a smart-mouth.

This sovcit is part of another sovcit group called American State National. They think that by renouncing their citizenship, it exempts them from the law. It doesn’t work that way. In order for you to renounce your citizenship, you must first leave the United States and go to another country where you need to do that in person. Also, you need to become a citizen of that country, otherwise you’ll be considered stateless. To top it all off, they use fraudulent ID cards with the seal of a government agency, which is a Federal crime. I wouldn’t be surprised that American State Nationals are already on the FBI watch list.

I live in Arizona and they're really cracking down on Sov Cit behavior. It is hilarious to watch these people get smacked in the courtroom. I was in court one day and the case before mine was one of these. The judge smacked them with every dime of fines and court costs he could. When it was my turn the judge asked me if I held the same views and I laughed and said "NO WAY!" He chuckled and said "Great we'll get along fine", and we did. Edit: He didn't give him any fines he didn't rightfully owe just didn't give the guy any breaks like he did everyone else. Just for the Silly Chilli fanboys who came at me the other day.

If you get in an accident with one of them, and they don't have any insurance, you go pay the money for an attorney and sue them for everything they got. You can at least get their wrecked car. And sell it to Pick-N-Pull and maybe they'll put a judgement against the people to pay .. judges like throwing the book of these clowns! You'll probably not break even, but seeing them squirm would be worth a day in court!

It's her husband on the phone. He is walking her through the BS process. If she had been arrested, car towed, kid in CPS...he did not care (neither did she). These people are risking it all to not be part of the "machine" so hard they don't realize what the stakes are. It looks like a decent SUV she has, which means middle class, but willing to throw it all away .

It’s upsetting that our police officers have to deal with such disrespect from idiots like this when their job is to protect the public by enforcing the laws enacted by the lawmakers that the very Sovcits elected. I wonder if she would treat him like this if she was in a situation where she depended on him to protect her from a real crime.

The cop should then just slip back in the car stating that he does not need this crap. Name and badge number will be on your citation lady is the correct answer. We are at the12 minute mark she should have been removed from the car by now. Passport card is NOT a drivers license.

With police and court time and resources, Imagine how much this costs the states so these people can avoid paying registration & insurance. Why not just take the car off the road until it's paid? Never let it drive (travel) away!

I was a deputy in Milwaukee and that's exactly what I did when a driver didn't have a license. I towed their car and owner would have to show license, registration and insurance (plus pay tow and storage fees) to get it back.

@@usmcchrisg PA as well. A State Trooper pulled me over a few years ago because the car was listed as insurance lapse. I actually had double policy for a week, then proof it was never uninsured. He said even a one day lapse can get your registration pulled and the car then has to be towed. Massive fine and expences. Neighbors son paid over 2 grand, and his was an honest mistake. These clowns get to walk, and while still neglectful, those who just make a mistake get raked, lol

She apparently has already had her day in municipal court based on comments she has posted in response to some questions in the comment threads of her two videos. It is pretty safe to assume she lost given she is apparently looking at filing a suit alleging violations of her rights due to the municipal court denying her motions to dismiss the charge, etc.

Why do we deal with people that want to play this game of make believe? If that is what they want to claim then there should be a form to submit and then that will automatically void their DL and all registrations. It might even help the process along when they look up the vehicle or persons name. It will pop up with an alert of sovereign citizen and they can automatically pass the first part of a pull over/contact and just arrest them.

Sounds simple enough, but it could never work that way, most times when a law is complicated ,its to stop people like this finding loopholes and having cases thrown out in court, which happens alot and all cuz of something silly eg an officer not saying something loud enough or clear enough to the letter of the law, 3ven though everything seems otherwise so straight forward

They can try to find any loophole they want but how can they make an argument in court if they are caught driving a vehicle on a public road with no valid DL or reg.

The only time in life I was ever arrested was when I left work and was stopped by campus police because my registration was almost 30 days expired & cuz I had forgotten to pay a ticket & didn't know that my DL had been suspended as a result. I should have just gotten a ticket, but there was an agenda afoot. plus I was a Black driver in the heart of the Confederacy just a month after Obama had been elected. Didn''t matter that I was a senior citizen and employee of the university.

If you refuse to provide them I will arrest you for interfering with my investigation." That's it. Don't listen to the BS. They should, BTW, have a special code for SovCits. A 309 or whatever. Call in a 309 and ask for backup. :) I wonder what the fine was; I got stopped with expired tags once (the "why" is embarrassing). I wasn't towed or arrested, but I didn't argue the point either. The fine was $280.

Let me call my guru since they studied at KZfaq university. That police officer is one of the most patient humans on the earth. When he says “give me one minute” I can imagine how his radio call goes “Hey is any of this stuff legal or valid?” “That’s a November golf, NO GO.” It’s a good thing her well educated guru was able to answer the phone since Sov Cits don’t need jobs and have no issues living off government social support programs

I don't think they know how to handle these people but it always comes back at them when they are told that none of this is worth 2 cents ands either arrest them or gives them a ticket. Then at court the Judge tells them what's what.

It may look that way, but once he saw he wasn't going to get her documents in his hand or her out of the car, I figure he anticipated an arrest and called for backup. Then what looks like him letting her play him is him playing her for time till backup lands. And when someone's trying to play you, letting her think she's succeeding is good judo.

Letting her go is not a good outcome for law enforcement. She may not win in court but she’s driving off without a driver’s license and did not have to follow procedure. So non-citizens can drive without a license? Makes no sense to me.
