Another great eye-opener into life on the Gold Coast and what a life! I don’t think that Sovereign Island is very inviting for casual visitors as it doesn’t have facilities but the plot with the sea view at the end of the video is surely ready for you to build on! X

At 15:15 they wanted $40 million for that house. It's over 5 blocks of land. It is terrible inside. Like a shopping mall. It was bought from a bankruptcy for about $4 million with the building unfinished and then completed by another builder. So his costs all up would be about $20 million. $40 million is just plain greed for a house that looks and feels like a shopping mall inside.

Wow I didn't know it's backstory. That's so interesting! I have seen it advertised on Real Estate for a while now so that would be why!

It’s a beautiful place but there’s no vibe 😕 it will be so boring to live there

It is beautiful but there never seems to be anyone actually living in the properties, they appear unoccupied. Perhaps the owners found it boring too haha!

@@HenriettaAustralia id say they didn't earn there millions sitting around at home more like. plus the upkeep and annual bills don't stop at the purchase price.
