I wouldn’t say that’s the case for every rich person. Example J.K Rowling the creator of Harry Potter books had an idea and made it big on that idea and capitalized on it, enriched by it. Whether you want to believe it or not billionaires like Jeff Bezos, Elon Musk, Bill Gates found an idea and capitalized on it, made whatever investments they needed to get where they are today. In russia dog associate with an "underman". The guy without moral can be called a dog (kinda, he act like animal, but he can understand, what is he doing -- like dog, that eat your sofa without reason, but really sorry, when you see). So there is no Bulgakov in phraseologism. But it's really nice to read, that somebody interesting in russian literature -- hope it's can be a good bridge between languages
