Leaving Oasis behind, what make this gig epic is the excellent audio mix from XFM (guitars and Noel's voice to the front, Liam's voice a little at the back, and the crowd singing every song), no ads and the few words from the speaker. The final part in Some Might Say with Noel and the audience on top, it's out of words. What a gig!

I was at this gig, the reason the crowd is always going is because we were always making a racket, in that crowd I could barely hear liams voice cos everyone was singing their hearts out. Fantastic gig. Support from BRMC and The Coral were pretty bangin too

Yeah they were. I went to this gig. Had to drink 12 cans of lager with two mates before we got in as they wouldn't let us take them in. It was like a mini festival. The bottle fight was epic. Some Might Say was amazing. One I'll take to the grave.

This was the best Oasis gig I ever went to, listening back the sound is not as strong as I remember but who cares when you are 19 years old, rain, steam rising off the crowd. Hard drinking etc. One of the best days. Classic.

We set off from Manchester at 8am on the Friday morning, crate of booze. It was glorious weather as far as i can remember till we got to London and it just rained till Oasis came on. I was 19 as well. 'These could be the best days of our lives'.

Shit man time fly's ...Oasis had the youth of the nation in it hands. best gig I went to of Oasis was Bolton football ground was my first and their was a lot of talk who was support act was cos 1 was not on the cards if i remember right. people next to me heard it was the happy mondays,thought fook off, 5min later on comes bez. SHIT MAN now that was a gig. I taken like 50 pictures with my £2 camera and got back home and I had not taken 1 LOL too high.... to) Oasis 4 ever

ravon1982 I was at this gig too. I'd finished nights and met up with a group of lads travelling from Liverpool. We got to London after almost 9 hrs travelling in the pissing down rain. I distinctly remember carrying a cup holder of drinks only for my legs to give away and the drinks to land on my face. The girl at the bar seen it, laughed and gave me bottles of red wine instead. I lost my mates, and found them by climbing a fuckin tree. We then helped these two lads from Manchester home in our minibus, stopping at Soho on the way. Noel's guitar on Gas Panic had people creaming their pants.

mick1983lfc Arrr the days of just music and nothing else. I have so many good memory's of traveling all of the country watching oasis, sounds like you do to rkid. At this gig, it was the first time i.v ever been to London and couldn't find a cockney for love na money. and when the gig finished could we find a place to sleep could we fk. 3 of us soaking wet from the gig fking cold and sleeping on the front step of some shitty hotel for 6 hrs . Thinking about it now man the shit you do for the love of oasis.

Everyone picks Maine Road, Knebworth or Glastonbury 1994 as their favourite Oasis performance, but this is without a doubt my favourite because: -Fucking amazing set-list (3 out of my top 5 Oasis songs are on it) -Great (and quite rare) to hear 'Hung in a Bad Place' live -The crowd are mad for it (love 1:11:02 where they're singing along with Noel) -Liam's voice was pitch-perfect for the majority of the tunes, especially 'Go Let It Out' -There aren't many good 'Stop Crying Your Heart' performances but this is definitely one of them

Now I must know for no particular reason, what ARE your top 5 tunes? I've got two out of 5, not too shabby. Glad i stumbled on this set, agree totally. Perhaps this is one of the last truly great performances from Liam in Oasis, stop crying your heart is stunning.

Sorry didn't see your reply until now, mate. Anyway, you know how it is with Oasis, everyone's top 5 always changes and since that comment I posted 3 months ago, mine has changed lol... Now 4 out of my 5 favourites are in this gig. Anyway, my top 5 is: 1. Acquiesce 2. Cloudburst 3. Columbia 4. Go Let It Out 5. Hung in a Bad Place (weird final choice, I know lol). Also if you love 'Stop Crying Your Heart Out', check out the Stockholm 2002 version. It's the best imo!

I liked Liam's voice when they 1st started, and after a few years. It doesn't matter to me; I'm a 53 year old geezer and grew up on Beatles and these lads are right close to them! Just wish I was British.

I was at this gig. Travelled down from Scotland and it was epic! In fact the full weekend was epic. Met some good people. Stop Crying Your Heart Out always sticks in my head for some reason. Still got many of my Oasis gig tickets framed and up on my wall. Good times.

ive been to over 20 oasis gigs over a decade and this was the best. the atmosphere the day when it rained was the best ive ever seen at a live gig. it was just mental. awesome set list (maybe supersonic and slide away in for better man and force of nature) but other than that phenomenal, cheers for the upload mate, this gets played every friday night now before we go out!!!!

What a day that was, I was there with 3 very good mates, and we got royally ruined ! I didn't even realise they had left the stage at the end after My Generation ;-) Amazing gig, plus the Charlatans were very good too. No one cared about the occasional rain and the whole of Finsbury Park was going crazy, especially for the big anthems - Noel & Liam - We need this again !

Todos eligen Glastonbury 1994, Maine Road, Knebworth 1996 o Wembley 2000 como la mejor actuación de Oasis, pero esta es sin duda mi favorita porque: - Increíble set-list - La voz de Liam era perfecta para la mayoría de las canciones, especialmente para Go let it out y Stop crying your heart out. - No hay muchas buenas actuaciones de 'Stop Crying Your Heart' pero esta es definitivamente una de ellas. - La versión de Hindu Times es la mejor que hayan hecho. - Para mí, suena perfecto Some might say y D’you Know What I Mean? - Suenan muy diferente que la actuación de Wembley 2000, suena más ha rock!!

este recital si lo hubieran hecho en DVD venderia muchisimo mas que cualquier otro recital con solo escuchar Hello y the hindus time en las dos primeras cnaciones te pone la piel de gallina. y para completar, esta era una vuelta de oasis que querian impactar sobre la gente por eso noel decidio recibr al publico con Hello, mas en la parte que dicen "it´s good to be back"
