Round 9 Epilogue
The Codex is nearly complete and Bill Cipher is more than happy to remind his allies about the Second Weirdmageddon taking place once the fourth and final piece has been retrieved. Magica Da Spell however warns that Koschei will try to find the last piece for himself given his own desperation to end the curse. In Hell, Chief Bourgeois reminds Viy and the rest of his fellow demons that he will need their help to retake Germany from Doofensmirtz in exchange for contributing to the Underlord's war. Although The Devil isn't interested in meddling with the mortal realm, Viy overrules him as tensions begin to flare up between both kings of Hell. (suggested by Logan Dupay)

King Piccolo regained his youth with strength, Fire Lord Ozai acquired his strongest form.
The Snow Queen accepts Balthazar, Bastinda, Gangema, Kloantsa, Kolyvan, Baba Yaga and Witch and persuades him to join his alliance.

Shere Khan, Gustave, Rhinos, four wolves, six foxes, Owl, two bears, two lions and Elephant accidentally entered the territory of a small group of animals consisting a two crocodiles, Snake named Ocularia, three cobras named Nag, Nagaina, White Cobra, three foxes, Beast, Tiger, One-Eyed Wolf and his minions.
To re-attack the Scotland city. Polish King Sigismund, Kurochkin, Macbeth and Utrom Shredder hires a two evil brothers named Fedor and Vasily, Man-Eater, Kitty, Berlin, a hungry Hitler, the General, soldiers and Chancellor, who is tasked with protecting the maritime territory from French and German army.
Megatron includes new allies in his faction, past several Frieza, Cooler, Vexus, Queen Tyr'ahnee, Turles, Marvin the Martian, Lord Slug and Xicor to join the war.
