Technical Solution -- Make each seat as Transparent cubical --- and when speaker wants them to shut -- operator should mute them -- Only CM should be sitting outside -- All should sit inside glass cubical -- No shouting -- only speaking -- Need massive descipline in the house and all the bills should be passed through votes and votes only -- There should not be Voice vote system -- Please announce who is opposing -- and who is supporting -- Opposing people should give valid reason for opposing and that reason should be votes once again through digital system --
