A great application of survival tools in creative mode. I love the overall style of this base. The time-lapsed evolution of your design was quite inspiring, and its great that you credited each of the mod/script authors along the way.

Just seeing this, awesome idea! I love building bunker style bases, with enhanced NPCs, its pretty much required. The mods now are even better than when this came out, but even this is more advanced than anything I've put together in the last few years XD

I've also been experimenting with this sort of garage base type. However i've started using warheads when i'm on multiplayer. I dig down , very very low, the entry hole is usually near a dense forest so it's not really noticeable. Anyway when i feel i'm lower than 10 blocks i drop a large grid warhead arm it and i get a radius of 10 blocks and a little bit. I build all my stuff underground, including my space ship, and when i ready to leave, i detonate another warhead above so it clears enough space for me to exit. I also use a row of warheads to dig a straight tunnel down. Drills take a lot of time to give me the shape i desire, however they are great with angles. Nice video.

now I've seen this I'm trying to make something a little similar. I'm trying to recreate the lift (without the rotor) and I'm using the catwalk pieces and blast doors the same as you are. my catwalks though keep getting stuck at the bottom the blast doors block even though it should be able to pass through the hole. Everything lines up flush, as they are in your video. Did you encounter this problem, and if so how did you overcome it?

It's a shame so many mods were used. Timer blocs and skill fro nthe user is way more impressive than one very clever person making cheat level hacks for a game that used to be about intuition to solve a problem. The shit you can do with sensors and timer blocks is hella impressive
