I continue to be amazed by the fact that Maso decided to dedicated a huge portion of his life to talking about movies and pop culture when he has literally seen no movies.

Now I want them to watch Osmosis Jones, The essential "Bill Murray just doing stuff and cartoons are running amok" movie.

My favorite line is when Bill Murray shows up at the end and the boss alien says, "I didn't know Dan Aykroyd was in this picture."

I love the long running joke about Maso and James trying to deflect the blame on who is a furry and attracted to overly sexual anthro cartoon characters

James might not be obsessed with Lola like everyone else, but he still has a goat man as his avatar, so he is totally still a furry

Ben, the editor, must be a genius. How does he know which clips to use where? Does he have a database inside his brain of every piece of animation, catchphrase and meme in human history! It's unbelievable sometimes!

I can not stress enough how much Newman's "I'm fixing a divot" line defined my childhood. I have yelled, "HES FIXING A DIVOT!" upwards of 100,000 times in my life. Idk why.

The best thing about the movie, the soundtrack, pure 90's in it's purest form.

The most unbelievable part of the movie was Shawn Bradley ragging on Jordan and not immediately getting destroyed by him.

Back in Action is actually pretty fun. Has a very Austin Powers vibe with its physical comedy and quips.

I'm surprised the "Disney/Warner Bros. Beef" segment at the 16:00 mark didn't include this piece of dialogue from the movie... Daffy Duck: _"How's this for a new team name? THE DUCKS!"_ Bugs Bunny: _"Please. What kind of Mickey Mouse organization would name their team, "the ducks"?"_

Just to confirm, Tony Hawk is quite a nice man. He had to wait to get a table in a place I managed, and never played the 'Tony Hawk' card. Kudos. I lacked his zen vibe, so whenever anyone complained about a wait time, I'd be like "Tony Hawk waited for frikkin table, you can too"

Wooow there's a deep cut in this, James saying he hasn't seen a movie and the editor uses footage of Clint at corridor digital. Nicely done 👌🏻

I don't know how every video on this channel can be so consistently funny. It doesn't matter who edits these videos, they are both brilliant in their own ways, but they always add extra flare that never fails to make me laugh.

I love the exponentially creative ways in which James and Maso try to prove that the other has a crush on cartoon animal characters. It's great, and this was the best one yet XD

I loved Back in Action as a kid, you gotta do that eventually 🙏 Back in Action was my Space Jam. I saw it first and by the time I saw Space Jam I was just kind like whatever, also wasn't big into basketball or anything, so MJ being in it didn't do much for me But I loved the Mummy, so Brendan Fraser being in it I was like hell yeah

The Minor Role(Supporting Actor Clip) was a beautiful edit lol

I loved this movie as a kid and watched it again over the first quarantine and still loved it . That soundtrack is iconic

This came out when I was 6 years old living near Chicago. It just so happens that at the time I loved The Bulls, Bill Murray, and the Looney Toons, this will always be fondly remembered

Gene Siskel & Roger Ebert really liked this movie. Which might be seen as Chicago bias, but they also disliked Rodman's late 90s flicks.

Is it just me or does this edit have alot of energy and is just really great anyway I really liked the cuts to Gandalf from that Stars Treck movie.

James knows why Lola Bunny is our favorite character but he's too much of a coward to call us out.

Remember going to watch Space Jam at the movies when I was a kid. Saw it in a big fancy Warner Bros themed cinema in London’s west end. The movie theatre experience was awesome and had huge impact on me. As an adult I work for a cinema chain in the UK and I absolutely love it. Cannot remember a thing that happens in this movie. I was crazy for the Mask when it came out. I bought all the comics and watched the (lousy) cartoon. Jim Carrey is electric in it. Cameron Diaz took my breath away. Peter Greene is brings menace and sleeziness to Dorian. It’s pretty stylish and absolutely makes the most of what I imagine would have been a modest budget. Loved it. The catchphrases are pretty tired now but I still like it a great deal. I’d be excited for a new mask movie. It’s a great concept- the comic is fantastic.

I feel like this was my first movie that I realized movies could be bad. Godzilla was a bigger disappointment bc I was a bigger Godzilla fan, but this was the first, and man did it suck. I never watched it again, and you rewatch everything as a kid. This video is one thousand times better than the movie.

I've got nothing but fond memories of Space Jam, and much like with many kids, this movie kickstarted my love of basketball.

Oh my goodness, I feel robbed that I'll never get to see Tony Hawk and the Looney Tunes at the X-Games. It would have been fantastic!

It baffles me how an add was turned into a movie. This is exactly what I would expect from Disney nowadays

This movie holds a fond* place in my heart. I was invited to see it by the group of kids at school i thought hated me (to be honest i didn't have any friends so i thought most hated me) one weekend, but it was in a place i'd not been before (an hour bus ride away and somewhere too far for me to travel to alone by my parents) but i was so desperate for friends i told my parents i was going local and went anyway. We saw the film and had a good time, until we got to a games store and we took turns to try out the new Playstation. I had to go last, which was fine, but within a minute of starting i turned around to find they had gone. Basically the long and the short of it was the kids were trying to get my lost in the hopes i'd go missing, and it was a big laugh for the school the following Monday (i got home fine, but as a 12 year old miles from home with no idea where the bus was or which one i needed and no phone...yeah it wasn't great) ...oh and by fond i mean emotionally scarring. Fuck this movie, mainly because of those kids!

The best joke is Bill Murry telling Larry Bird after Jordan was sucked down the hole and saying, "I'm giving us both 2's back there, we both weren't in any emotional state to putt." hahaha

While the movie was bad, it gave us: * Lola Bunny * The Space Jam theme and the subsequent mash-ups. * Barkley Shut Up and Jam! * Neo Michael Jordan: THE INFINITY SLAYER So yeah, definitely worth it.

I loved this movie so much as a kid. And it made me want to play Basketball. Didn't play it for long. But it was my favorite sport back then. And the last time I rewatched it, I still liked it a lot. So I guess I don't get the hate? (Although I have to add one thing, I watched this dubbed into German back in the day. So, I could not say if Jordan might be a bad actor, because his german voice actor is great)

Listen,KIDs! Back when the "Space Jam" was released, the life of me and my colleagues was built around Michael Jordan, religious watching of NBA games and "NBA Action" tv show, streetballing on our self-made courts, tournaments between different crews, and the fact if you could do "the backpack" slam dunk wearing new Nike gear,you were automatically a part of the local elite. Not to mention, that playing Quad City DJs "Space Jam" on your blinged BoomBox, instantly boosted the players Energy Level to 300% despite all-day session. Ah. I can smell the dust and hear the train rolling in the distance. "1v1,girl?" "It's on,bitch!" ♡ Also: "The numbers,Mason!!"

I can't help but say that I'm still a big fan of Space Jam. I was like 8 when that came out and everyone loved Michael Jordan, and at the time I knew who he was but didn't much care about basketball. I just loved the Looney Tunes, they were some of my favorite characters as a kid. I also remember Back in Action coming out and I liked it, but apparently no one else did, I didn't watch that until much much later though like into my late teens. Still a Looney Tunes fan.

Nah I will die on the hill that is Space Jam. Never watched basketball before or since but I loved this movie. Back in action isn't awful, a lot more like classic looney tunes

..and as we turn left we see the famous shot of Michael Jordan in 1995 on the sidelines of one of his best games in which he famously said, 'look how many I'm getting'...inspirational words folks
