Spaceflight Simulator SSTO | SFS 1.5

3 жыл бұрынSingle Stage To Orbit (SSTO) is the gold standard of real spaceflight! This build does require clipping but both iOS and Android users can do this easily with the g-g-g-glitch so it's not cheating in my books! Hope you enjoy!

Clipping is actually now a feature staying in the game since is opens up a lot to players so I agree it’s not cheating

Clipping in my eyes is something that is almost entirely used incorrectly or abused, but when people do use it properly its really a great product. Harry's right though, join the discord maybe?

Finally! Now we can see what Swin City can do if he uses clipping! This build is a good example of how part clipping should be used. You used it cosmetically (mostly, I saw those clipped fuel tanks, but teeechnically that is cosmetic too :)) and were not overzealous with it. Awesome job!!

That was a little bit of video editing to be honest, I landed it on grass originally and it was all crooked so I did a separate landing on the pad

That happened with me when I did my first space shuttle launch, I was trying to docking and had 0.1 % by the time I docked.

Most of my builds are a combination of the 2,bp editing mostly for engines with correct plumesto the real life counter part and stuff while clipping is for the minor things

Interesting of course, but... I noticed that there is no indicator of the required degree under the map button, I just have it, apparently you either have a different version, or you can just turn it off... And so CLASS...

Making a functional SSTO isn't hard. Making an anesthetic SSTO isn't hard either. Making it both functional and aesthetic takes skill. And Swin City demonstrated that.

Yeah, when I first recorded it I didn’t switch back to the shop for a good view of turning off the engines- I wanted to show it so I spliced in that clip, apparently I was more efficient on fuel my first takeoff :)
