SpaceX is performing a Wet Dress Rehearsal of the Fourth Starship Flight Stack. The stack already performed a WDR attempt, which seemingly did not go all the way to T-0. The road is closed from 5 a.m. to 5 p.m..
Before this, the stack has performed joint tanking tests, and one WDR attempt.
Booster 11:
The Booster already features 33 Raptors. Booster 11 is the first stage for the fourth flight of Starship. The Booster previously was static fired once and performed two cryogenic pressure tests.

Ship 29:
Ship 29 is a Starship upper-stage prototype planned to launch on the fourth Starship flight test. It features three sea-level, and three vacuum raptor engines. It has performed two cryogenic proof tests, a spin prime test, and two static fire tests, of which one was with one and one with six raptor engines.

Can we estimate the percent of propellant recovered after a WDR by comparing the number of trucks needed to replenish, versus the number needed after a launch?

There's no way Boca won't become an operational launch site in the mid-far off future. If they want to launch "hundreds of Starships per year" and have point to point launches, Boca is definitely going to become an operational site I'd say sometime in the mid or late 2030s. It's just odd to me that SpaceX wants Starship to become the "airliner of rockets" but they seemingly have no other plans for any launch/landing sites than Cape Canaveral and imo, Boca Chica. Unless they think shuttling everyone to and from a rocket platform out in the middle of the ocean is going to be a feasible thing.
