Madam ang meaning po yata ng single detach ay walang nakadikit na bahay mag isa lang sya or hindi sya katulad ng townhomes. hindi yong sinabi mo na nakatayo sa gitna ng lupa.. ginogle ko na po para walang magalit nandyan na explanation.✌️

Emmanuel Emperado @Few years ako nasunog bahay ng neigboor ko. So sad kasi na trap sila sa bahay Maganda bahay nya kaya lang maraming bakal sa bahay, walang eacape route. Kaya lumipat ako at open concept bahay ko Both side walang steal bar.

Grills lahat ng windows and door. Pag nag ka sunog or pag may emergency na mangyari. Walang escape yung mga tao sa loob ng bahay. Just saying lang

Nice house from the outside. Im kinda interested, im worried about the neighborhood. Why all windows need a security bars? Is this house located in a bad area? That feels like a jailhouse.

Hi, the place is safe, this is a guarded subdivision, the package of the house includes window grills or bars but if you wish not to see any bars or grills in your soon house here then we can request to the office not to put it, as easy as that... putting window grills or bars is an optional for owner.

Hi could you make a video Kung ano magkikita paglabas ng subdivision. Malapit ba sya sa airport, supermarket, school, church and etc. how far sya sa city proper at airport. Hindi ba nagbabaha ang neighboring area.. Planning to retire sa PHILIPPINES and Davao is one of the safest location sa Philippines. I hope you do a blog about it.

A detached house is a stand-alone residential structure that does not share outside walls with another house or building. Also called a separate house or a single-detached dwelling, It has nothing to do with a house standing in a middle lot.

Why in the philippines i never see houses with a garden in the back, the house feel like a jail with the high walls around you and no view at your windows. In north Europe we have big gardens with a nice view.

I know that DECENT graded land space is at a premium. When I lived there In the Philippines I lived in a condo in Pasay overlooking the Manila Bay. Also in northern Europe it's *🔴C̤̈Ö̤L̤̈D̤̈ & R̤̈Ä̤Ï̤N̤̈Ÿ̤🔴* most of the year. I would rather live in the warmer climate of the Philippines̤̈ *ANY DAY!!!*

Hi Ms. Kaye, before, hindi kasali si window grills and due to buyers demand na nagarequest for grils after maturn-over ang house, so ngayon sinali na lang ng developer, this is an optional sir, while the construction is ongoing pwede po irequest ito sa engr'ng site na hindi na lang lagyan ng window grills po. Bakit po nasa loob yung grills? For me sir, pangit siya tingnan if yung grills nasa labas nakainstall, nakakaout view sa glass window, if yung grills nasa loob, natatakpan po yan siya ng mga kurtina or blinds for window. As of todate May 3, 2020.... meron kaming ganitong design na underconstruciton, package price po is: Php 7,429,000....
