FYI, Spanish was a only a SIX (6) unit subject in almost all the College courses during the time when Spanish was includedin the curriculum hence it was practically useless because students who finished the course could not communicate in Spanish. There is NO need to bring back Spanish in College because Spanish is not relevant to most of the college courses. Why is it a sad result without Spain you might still praying idols of Anitos or anything without connection to the existence of true God. Its all God's will that colonization happen because He wants all Filipinos to be saved.

I didn't know anything about that...and it's all a disappointment because Philippines, like Ibero-Americans, only need 2 years of residence to apply for nationality and can keep theirs. The rest of the countries require 10 years of residence to apply for nationality and cannot maintain the previous one. I would like our country to review its policies towards our Philippine brothers, I do not see the logic in any type of ban on a visa for a Philippine citizen.
