Spakling Glass Cookies (Super easy cookie recipe)

50g room temperature unsalted butter
40g sugar powder
1 egg
90g cake flour
20g melted unsalted butter
10g sugar powder
30g rice syrup (can be use honey)
20g almonds
1.Rice syrup is used in Korean cuisine as a natural sweetener and to add a shiny glaze to dishes. It’s made with rice and barley malt powder.
Rice syrup is thick and viscous and has a rich, earthy, subtly grainy flavor, much more distinctive than sugar or corn syrup.
You can use honey instead of rice syrup, but it will taste slightly different from this recipe.

Всем, кто спрашивал, что такое МУКА ДЛЯ ТОРТА: Основное отличие обычной муки от муки для торта заключается в содержании клейковины. В обычной муке ее несколько больше, поэтому выпечка не получится достаточно воздушной. А всё, что вам нужно, чтобы сделать муку для торта, - это мука высшего сорта и кукурузный крахмал! Такую муку вполне можно ПРИГОТОВИТЬ САМОСТОЯТЕЛЬНО, заменив 2 столовые ложки в стакане муки высшего сорта кукурузным крахмалом. Получившуюся смесь лучше просеять несколько раз, чтоб крахмал распределился равномерно.

To anyone looking to make these cookies: this is an EXTREMELY hard dough to pipe. I'm trying to make them now, and I find I have to warm the dough to almost a liquid state to get it to pipe. (In a cold state, it's almost impossible.) Turn on the light in your oven, put the dough in a metal bowl, and set it under the light for at least 20 minutes before piping. Otherwise, you're going to burst any bag you're using because you have to push so hard to try and get it out, and even then it won't go where you want it to. WARM THE DOUGH and save yourself a headache! :)

@@jessicalu2104 Also, once they're piped, put them in the fridge for 10 minutes. I tried baking them without that step and they just turned into a greasy mess. Chilling them before baking ensures they will bake up nice and firm. And put just a little of the filling on, like the video. If you put too much in, it never hardens and just stays gooey. :)

@@Serai3 i just made some and you’re absolutely right! Piping was super slow and the dough got way too warm by the time we finished. I’m waiting for them to cook down right now so we’ll see how the glass filling turns out!

Раньше на елку вешали на ниточках разные вкусности, детям нравилось таскать конфетки, мандаринчики, пряники. Если кто- то захочет возродить тот забытый обычай, то и нынешним деткам может такое придется по вкусу, тем более сделанное с любовью добрыми руками.

Did you have problems piping the dough? Some people are saying the dough is way too thick to pipe unless you heat it up.??

@@Raynestorm1968 yeah I also had to add a bit more liquid. I burst a piping bag at first. If you double bag it it helps as well.

Замечательно. Я бы ещё сделала не в форме сердца, а в форме окошек с "витражами". И вместо / вместе с хлопьями миндаля можно использовать кокосовую стружку, тоже будет и красиво, и ароматно.

Заинтересовал рецепт, такого сиропа у нас нет, попробовала с мёдом, начинка прилипла к бумаге, так и остался там, мед не подходит, тесто можно брать за основу, вкусное
