Oh, the Spam and Fluffy Egg Rice looks so good... I love Spam, but most of them are too salty.... I know you need Salt and Meat tenderizers to cure the meat, but I hope they make Spam will minimal salt in the future...

Always soak it in water for a few minutes if you have time. My mom does this with cooked canned ham and it works really well so it’s not as salty.
