Toledo is beautiful. We went there on our honeymoon 34 years ago & it brings back so many memories. Thank you ❤

The cultural history of the City is quiet amazing, very much unknown and unsighted by many outside Spain.

Oh wow. That’s a stunning place. The cathedral is absolutely incredible!! The centre seems like going back in time. Planning in the UK compared to Europe leaves a lot to be desired! Gosh you’ve both sold Spain to us ten times over!! And now we’re hungry for crepes 😃

Hi guys we’ve just arrived home from a few days in Italy so just catching up with KZfaq. Toledo does look a fabulous place to visit for sure. We agree with you on Barcelona as it wouldn’t make our top 6 neither. We definitely prefer Madrid, Granada, Seville and Malaga. Looking forward to watching Córdoba now. Keep safe. Irvine & Karen.

Hi Helen, Martin and Poppy. I really enjoy your videos and thank you for them. Can you tell me how difficult is it to find dog friendly pubs and restaurants abroad and at home? Do you find you always have to eat on outside tables? Does Poppy get anxious if left like my dog? Anyway Joe out 😂
@HelenandMartinsTreksАй бұрын
Hi Joe , thanks for watching. The answer isn't a straight forward one , Northern European Countries including Poland were very dog friendly and we found places we could eat inside and out like in the UK. Southern European countries , Portugal and Spain in particular are not so easy and rarely allow dogs inside in restaurants or on public transport although the main rail service has just changed it's policy. We usually take Poppy with us everywhere unless we nip off to visit a museum or similar for a couple of hours max. This is only if we have the van secure on a campsite and she has been exercised, tired and the temperature is cool. Poppy is happy to sleep for a while in those circumstances. We have a camera set up to monitor her to but it's the exception rather than the rule. Normally she goes everywhere with us , we don't even put her in kennels on the boat etc , we have a pet cabin or we take the train. Hope that helps Helen and Martin
