Great battle, what I liked is that both General Cody, and you Apollo, played how Spain is supposed to be used in this game; that is to say: use light advance units, while being aggressive with the rest of the army. In line infantry combat, the Spanish have a morale disadvantage, however if you use forward deployment to take an advantageous position and have the flanking initiative, they are very good; your only mistake was that you neglected your artillery, you had to secure them with units that would escort them, while separating them so that it would not be so easy to hunt them down.

I absolutely LOVE Spain in this game! The Peninsular campaign is so much fun, and of course the guerilla and vanguard troops are devastating if used properly!

Napoleon total war is one of my favorite RTS games

I also use my light horse artillery as a reserve of sorts. If the enemy smashes through my lines, I bring up a battery of light horse artillery and pour volley after volley of canister into the enemy until either they're beaten back or I can stabilize my line

The next video you do should just have a bunch of Calvary and dragoons. Make them a super mobile army as a sort of challenge.

Ok first I was RaptorFan17 and when the cav hit my line I knew that was the battle done. My line moved back to not get destroyed away from my ally and the artillery. And finally I had no idea we were win at any point I would have be nices to have know then.
