I've spoken to many spanish-speakers from Mexico, Guatemala, Colombia, Dominican Republic and many other spanish-speaking countries and they pronounce the F in "favorito", they make the distinction and pronounce the F clearly, even in the original version Luis Fonsi says clearly "fa-vorito". It's just that in Tagalog it's paborito because in the Philippines words that came from Spanish that have a F in it originally in Spanish, are replaced with a P like 'opisina' which came from 'oficina'. Most spanish-speakers (the majority) will definitely differentiate the F and P, except for maybe some Basque speakers from a certain region in Spain, I've heard from someone from Spain that some Basque speakers don't distinguish the two letters that much and might say something like "Pernando" instead of "Fernando". I'm a Filipino by the way, and I learned how to speak Spanish and I can speak a lot of it. I also lived in Mexico for a year.
