I like the changes to this model. I was trying to figure out how the garage could be off the opposite end as other models I have seen, but soon realized you had flipped the two bedrooms, bath and utility and the 4th bedroom /Office is opposite the front door.

I’m at the beginning but I really love that they filled in all the seams are covered them you don’t see them

This would have to be the home for me with that front room. Would like to see it with the 1/2 bath. The only thing that bugged me was the toilet orientation in the master bathroom, seems like it just should be facing out in that spot, is this possible? And regarding the same issue if you left it sideways can you have a pony wall built to give it more privacy? Otherwise I think we've found the home.
