5:25 the first ever tutorial AK gives you on shifters only tells you that they're good at shifting enemies into holes, so it gave most AK players tunnel vision into believing that holes are all shifters are good for, when their use case is so much more than just holes

The only other use I've ever seen for them is for changing path to the blue box, but the games pathing checkpoints make THAT useless almost every single time

@@123goofyking Shifting is another form of crowd control. Make enemy reach blue box in 30 seconds instead of 20 seconds.

@@123goofyking If you've got enough of them built, shifting is pretty much the strongest crowd control in the game. It was the key to cheese CC12 without going into outright AI exploits.

@@123goofyking Shifting is really good when part of a CC squad, I got Weedy early on so I use her S2 with 4 block operators or slower/Trap master/ambusher/Push stroker etc. slow to stall groups of enemies, it's also really good against Hatefull avengers as Manticore can keep 3-4 of them perma-stalled while her AOE damage chips away. In any case you can turn swarms into shooting galleries, and interrupt heavy unit's attack cycles, so if you treat push/pullers as micro-stun/slower they are quite good.

@@IrvineTheHunter This is true, Weedy S3M1 paired with Angelina S3 was the major reason I was able to get all the medals for CC12. Push operators are great for stalling.

I mostly use her to buff Specter and her alter, or as a semi-ranged dps. I don't really believe in crowd control, just unga-bunga damage.

The thing i find funniest about trap masters is if you can get the enemy to levitate you can drop a mine for them to fall on

It's logically consistent with the way levitate actually tags units as flying with all the trappings that comes along with it like attack bonus from AA snipers or Glaucus being able to stun them. Because you can place mines below flying units.

And man those specialist modules are very good mostly merchants, any pusher with increased pushing or weedy, pullers dealing damage based on tiles pulled, aak getting a massive boost in his consistency allowing him to proc all effects at once and not to mention what ambushers got

Dorothy's new module is disgusting, when maxed out her base damage should be 1k+ which means her traps have some of the highest burst potential in the game before their utility.

So this was what I thought for a while with Flint/Croissant/Mint all acting as push/pullers but not being specialists, but then I realized, Specialists break the games rules, that's why their are no 2/3 star specialists. Executors aren't meant to stay on the field, push/pullers are melee/range, dollkeepers don't die, trapmasters resonators don't take slots.

SA will be eternally relevant even if no longer top tier, as invisibility is a recurring mechanic and there's very few invisibility reveal sources in the game. Unlike some ops that exist to counter an enemy type or wave that doesn't exist.

Man Kirara is really good on IS#3 if you have that relic that give her 120 attack speed, like really good. If you also get pasta or spinach then she busted, and don't give me that crap about how she need relics to function, a lot of 6* operators also need relics to work and they are more expensive to recruit. Also if you are using Kirara then her S1 is the way to go, she has slow attack speed but the skill at M3 only cost 2 and she can sustain herself with her passive that gets upgraded with the module, she is not trash, she is decent.
