Not exactly, the chance of getting a dragon lore is 1/(1+5+5^2+5^3+5^4+5^5) = 1/3906. Now the chance of getting at least 1 DLore in 40 packages: = 1 - (chance of getting 0 DLores from 40 packages = 1 - (3905/3906)^40 = 1.01897%
