Is the le chat pink base color gel? I bought it thinking it was gel but then it says to not put it under a UV lamp and such. I noticed it dried on its own and then I did some pretty peachy chrome nails with it but when I tried the color again I felt like it wasn’t really drying as fast as it was the first time I used it. Is it just regular wait to dry polish?
