It's interesting to read comments about this show. Here's my take. Young gay men in the Philippines right now - you guys are so lucky. As a 51-year old married gay man living in the US watching this show, I'm quite envious that these men have the opportunity for this very open gay dating reality show. I'm sure it's still scripted one way or the other, but nevertheless, the focus of the show is still organic and unique. During my time, everyone is in the closet. It's a sad reality for most gay men in the Philippines. I was brave enough to have an American boyfriend before I migrated to the United States. Being in the closet was not fun to say the least. Plus the fact that I can't satisfy myself to be with someone sexually as I was terrified. Talking sex - particularly in the Philippines with gay men - is a breath of fresh air. There's no shame if you are sexually active as long as it's safe. I wish I had that experience instead of jumping from one guy to the next (just like Alex, lol!). In the end, love is what matters. All the physical attraction will fade away but LOVE always wins. I hope all these guys (whether you like them or don't) find their love for life. This 4th episode is the best one so far. I tend to agree that some of them appear pretentious. But maybe because they're on camera or they're just too timid to show their true self. My favorite is Bong. I can't stand Dan who laughs like a hyena. BUT, I like him in this episode. Again, it's a matter of character preference. I say it again, they're all lucky to be part of this show. They don't have to hide in the closet nowadays. And I'm so happy for them. Be proud on this PRIDE MONTH.

11:00 Nick - 100% agree! Dating someone who isn't out is challenging. I've been there, but it's not a particularly happy situation. Imagine nag date kayo pero maraming conditions like bawal sa mall, bawal sa park, bawal ka rin mkalapit sa kanya when you are in public areas... in short u are not allowed to show your affection to the person you like in public, which is ang hirap. In my experience naman, my secret partner has a car so most of the time sa car lang kami mka share and express yung feelings namin. Paglabas namin parang wala lang. Tapos when we walk in the public and he meet some friends yung hindi ka pwedeng ipakilala as BF or ka date kasi in public friends kayo. So yun, we decided to end it kasi he is not ready and I don't want to destroy the image he's been protecting for so long.
