Once again I volunteered to be the course referee on the rope climb obstacle course at the Charlotte Sprint Spartan Race 2023. The weather was absolutely perfect. I also ran my race and performed fairly well. I was the last person in my heat. It was actually fun to try passing people and work my way up. At time it was congested so it did slow down my progression, but fun nonetheless. I hope to do another one soon.
