Bon jour Grace...i m from India... I m a language lover n i speak 5 languages...bengali, Hindi, English, French n spanish... At first i want to congratulate u for rendering such a beautiful vdo... Yes, exactly! When we say a restaurant, bar or cafe ‘does’ a type of food or drink, it means they serve it there

I think the best thing you can do is join some kind of online community or language exchange program. I'm not very familiar with these but if you do a google search for 'find online English speaking partner' I'm sure you will find something! Good luck
