Listen to easy and understandable English material. Following are three main ways to listen,
1.Audio book using apps like Audible or Story tel.
2.Podcasts on Google Podcast.
3.News on AIR news.
But it takes lots of time and efforts to develop your fluency and that is the problem. We do not have that much of patience and consistency.But if you can maintain that, definitely you will get results.

Sir, you are excellence. Clearly you analysis about speaking power. Confidence is the most important for everyone to speak English. I saw cricketers no grammar no time spend on grammar but they also speak good English because of confidence. Listening is important.
