Have definitely had those jellyfish sting my face. Not super painful but you’ll feel it. Nice dive session 🤙

Tbh, I don't know much about this kind of content, but I love the video, man. It would be cool if you had some more commentary in the background, maybe some stories and stuff if not about the actual fishing. Regardless, it's a great video. Keep at it 😁

I have spent several years in my youth free diving off Seal Rock in tide pools, also in the Caribbean, while in navy, but also most as a bankfisher from the rocks.we have size limits now what do you do with the one you shot an killed that was 1/2 inche to small bury it underwater so you dont get ticket... Just asking ?

@@rogerball73 Well the rock fish and surf perch don't have a size limit here, but the ling cod and cabazon do! Lings have to be 22in minium and cabazons have to be 16in minium! To your question, I have yet to shoot a undersized fish that has a size limit, I've been lucky when I first started I got a couple that were exactly 22 but I was panicking a bit until I could measure them lol! So that scared me straight now I only shoot if they are clearly over 22 by a decent amount! So I'm sure I lose plenty at legal limit fish! which you will see in some of my videos, where I just watch them, but leave then alone!

@@tripp8833 usually 15-20 feet here in Newport some times 27 in place, but I've gotten fish from the surface before!!

The summer is nice because of the weather, and getting in your gear, but there are multiple alge blooms during the summer that make visibility horrible! But their still is alot of great days during the summer!!

I'm starting to practice just going to the bottom and just laying there and looking around having fish come to me, but I'm just so used to always searching for fish even with a fishing pole lol!

@@ExploreNHook Regardless, it's not that important, i mean You're currently in shallow and murky water, but as you venture into deeper and clearer waters, it's advisable to minimize your movements in order to prolong your ability to hold your breath.
