Necessary materials
1 glass of cold water (200 ml)
1 teaspoon (8 grams) of salt
2.5 cups of flour (300 grams)
2 onions
500 grams minced meat
1 teaspoon each of cayenne pepper, black pepper, thyme and salt
Vegetable oil (30 ml)
