This is they way it should be done, not by bashing the company for a mistake but showing how a concern was immediately taken under control by the company and an apology and correct parts shipped out. Often these little things just get away unseen and people instead of understanding this just go right to crying and name calling. Way to go Rex!!!

I bought the airbrush kit after seeing your previous video and got it last week. I am impressed! It sprays beautifully, cleans up fast, and I'm very happy with it. It replaces my Iwata Neo, which was three times the price and nothing but frustration.

Really enjoy your videos and because of this one I ordered a new air brush. Cant wit to get it in later this week and thank for the information on the cups. Hope I don't need it but good to have it.

Rex, can't thank you enough for this product review. I ordered 2 based on your review and all the comments and they arrived yesterday ! ! Polished all three needles and then shot acrylics and lacquers with each... both paints layed down beautifully. I almost hate to say it, but this brush paints every bit as good as my Iwata or my Procon Boy PS-289. HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE FOR 40 BUCKS ?!?!?! Plus all the extras ! ! ! Now I can keep one set with the .2 for detail and the .5 for primer work. My PS-289 will still be my workhorse - love that gun 😊. Thanks again Rockstar - You are appreciated ! !

I believe the Ak extremes are a solvent based acrylic similar to the tamiya style. It confused the heck out of me when I was trying to get info on my first time airbrushing.

Received my neoeco airbrush today everything in order the larger cups fit .sprayed some cleaner through it .paint next so far so good.

I bought one in November and the larger cups fit. However I noticed that the small chrome bowl had pitting in mine (they are chromed plastic) also my inline filters valve was stuck up in the plastic housing. I returned the 1st one and had a new one in 3 days through Amazon

I just got my airbrush today and my cups fit. So it must not be all of them, and least they're trying to make it right. I got an email from Amazon and them telling me that there may be a problem with them also. Thanks for the info, you can never have to many air brushes :)

Been using the microfiller ak primer for a few years, its great. I like mr.surfacer 1200 also. Got some paints from Zero Paints today, have you tried them? They do car paints pre-thinned for airbrush work on models, so the specific colors from the manufacturers.

I watch your channel all the time. When I need to find out about a paint I check your channel first. I see you try out new things did you ever test out a sandblaster for models? It is basically an airbrush set up to sand blast. Anyway I just wanted to ask I didn't see any videos like that on your channel but I could have missed it. Any way great channel take care.

This channel has become my go to for Air brushing info

I got this for xmas. I was asked what I wanted & at first I said the Iwata NEO and then I saw this kit so this is what I ended up asking for & getting. It was great at first and for these first several weeks using the 0.3 needle & nozzle. Great fill, great lines, no clogging, easy to clean, worked every time. I'm using Golden High Flow Acrylics. I wanted to do some really fine work so I switched over to the 0.2 and it doesn't spray. I don't know why. I thought maybe, for the first time I hadn't cleaned it well enough so I put the .3 back on and it worked without needing to be cleaned. So then I thought I should try the .5 and see if it worked so I took out the tube, opened it, slid the needle out on to the palm of my hand and gasped out loud - the .5 needle isn't straight! It's bent about 60% of the way forward from the end of the needle 😢. Mind you - I had yet to take either needle out to this point so I was so sad and disappointed about this turn of events. And one other thing, on my airbrush at least - that gold ring doesn't have any effect on the tension of the trigger. It does absolutely nothing. The Mac valve works & the needle limiter on the rear both work just fine but the trigger tensioner doesn't do anything. Needless to say, I am going to email your contact at the company because the gun paints nicely with the one needle that works and the kit is a great value and I kinda like the Iron Man color scheme more than I thought I would but it's actual functionality versus it's advertised functionality are not even close in my case. Other than that - thank you for bringing this to my attention. I am going to hold out confidence that your man will be helpful for me & I will post an update regarding whatever happens after I make contact & get a response. Thanks dude & keep up the great videos!

Frank from Neoeco contacted me via Amazon to inform me about the cups issue proactively. Never had a seller do that before, very impressed. He said there are adapters and you can remove them which I had noticed but they won't budge. They're sending a video So we'll see, maybe I'm doing something wrong.

I purchased the airbrush kit on Sept 24th and it came on Sept 29th. I'm glad I didn't put off buying it! My kit came with the correct cups.

I got mine right after your video and it was 50 dollars with shipping to Europe. Today I got an email that the big cups have an adapter and if you remove it, then they should fit fine.

I just got one and it has the right cups but strangely your kit has one additional part mine doesnt have. As of Feb 11, 2023, Amazon has stock for $39 and right after I bought it there was a flash sale for $33 which is a super value. Neoeco now has 4 different mini (and adjustable) compressors and the kits that include those are $50-65 in their Aliexpress store. Im so tempted to exchange mine for the same kit with a compressor but who knows if those compressors are any good. Compressors are also sold separately for about $40. People may have noticed that on Amazon, Neoeco says there is a 5-year warranty for exchange or refund but there was nothing about it in the scant paperwork with the kit.

I ordered one on October 1st (was "in stock") and it showed as "shipped" on the 2nd ... but I still haven't received it. No tracking information - but the "latest" it was supposed to show up was today. Today, I got an email stating that the shipment was "running late" with no delivery date or tracking information. Pretty annoying. I don't necessarily mind "slow boat delivery" but I'd like to know when to expect it so I can pick it up before the porch pirates. I'm hoping that it's worth it.

Had a couple extra minutes, just checked and my other purchase has a hose that fits just fine so I'm ok. Kinda odd though, mine has a smaller box, no hose and no cleaning brushes, and no crown point. All the little washers and stuff are there. What does a crown point do? Later, thanks
