I'm a pretty good supporter of TYT, but I think they're over-thinking this whole Hur thing; Hur made disparaging remarks against the sitting POTUS when he shouldn't have; it was strictly unprofessional. There was NO NEED for Hur to put ANY of his opinion in the report. So, though I get that this whole Congressional hearing seemed a little trivial, holding people to account for their actions is still important regardless of how big or small those actions might be in regards to the overall picture.

Dates, schmates! As you get older, all those decades pile up on each other. Having spent a lot of time in the 20th century, sometimes it's hard to believe so many 2000s have already passed by. It took me about a decade to form the memory that my mother died in 2005, the same year as the hurricane Katrina, even though it was a super significant life event for me. And I don't have the rigorous schedule of commitments and expectations that Biden has.

I watch your show often, but I'm beginning to doubt my choices due to your hyper criticism of Biden. Biden is far from perfect, but he is the most progressive president that we've had in this country so far. Is he as progressive as me? Hell no. But he is doing more to help the middle class than most previous presidents, and his record so far doesn't point to any kind of senility as you insinuate. Also, you two need to examine your own ageism. Our country, in general, tends to ignore & even disrespect older people. Biden may move slower than a 40 yr old and fumble words at times ( speech impediment & age), yet his record tells us a story of someone creating change & working on creating change. You're both old enough not to expect or want change or improvements instantaneously. Yes, I wish things would improve or change at faster rates, but I'm old enough to understand that change takes time, especially because there are so many different perspectives in our country. Isn't this channel supposed to be all about the nuances of every story? Saying Hur didn't prosecute so he was being completely honest is a bit too binary. I'm not saying he was or wasn't one way or the other but saying if he was corrupt he would have brought charges doesn't really make sense.

This is the only progressive outlet that I have seen that didn’t think Hur purposefully left out certain things from the transcript to make Biden look bad. I’m not a fan of Biden, but if Hur only gives partial truths in his statement, it is definitely done on purpose. I like TYT, but they are not always fair. I worked with the Elderly running art therapy sessions in care homes and hospitals, before my epilepsy became unstable. So I have worked with a lot of people who are just advanced in years and have natural decline and a lot with people who've got dementia, had strokes, etc. To me, Biden is showing natural decline, nothing more concerning than that, and we all seem to have forgotten that he had a speech impediment which he still works on. If he had early onset dementia, his stutter would be quantifiably worse. He is an old man, I think he should retire 100%. Physically Biden appears to be in good shape for an 81 year old but he needs to stop trying to show everyone in terms of running upstairs or riding a bike. It's great that he exercises but he cannot do these things safely anymore due to his body weakening and slowing down with age. The fact that he is trying to "run" up the stairs to Air Force One but tripping is a clear sign that his mind is working faster than his body can move. His body has simply slowed down due to advanced age, resulting in these embarrassing moments. He needs to slow it down, it isn't going to get any better, he just going to injure himself Jill needs to step in and do the wifely thing and tell him to stop being a damn fool. It is hard when you've always been active but your body is just not doing what it's told at the speed it used to. If you take a look at Trump, he is more frequently showing signs of aphasia and verbal apraxia. He can't follow one train of thought and often when he speaks, even a sentence doesn't make sense. He has trouble finding the right words, either saying something that sounds like it, trailing off into something unintelligible or just a noise, not even attempts at words. The clear example was steak, snake, field, knocker mountain, it was painful to watch because it was like he was grasping for the correct words he wanted but doing it by going through the words until something reasonable (in his mind) came out, yet it made no sense whatsoever. I did find it funny because it was Trump but I've seen it many times in the elderly people I've worked with who have aphasia and/or verbal apraxia due to dementia, a stroke, or other neurological issues. I've heard so many times that maybe it's a denture issue with Trump and if it was only an occasional thing, then yeah. But it's getting so regular now that patterns start to emerge and you can't keep blaming potentially loose dentures, especially if there is no sign of his mouth closing, jaw clenching, or signs that he is trying to get his dentures (if he even has them, we know they're not real but they could be permanently fixed) back set, or signs that they have dropped out of place. It comes across more, especially now it's more and more regular, as potentially speech apraxia, which is when you can't use your tongue, lips, mouth to form the word or sound you want due to issues with signals from the brain. Another sign is that the person will speak more slowly, Trump speaks nowhere near as fast as he used to and next time you see him going through a speech, watch how his mouth moves as though he is trying to form the word before he speaks, and even when he speaks, his mouth over exaggerates the movement, even then he sometimes gets the sound or the word wrong. Also more general dyspraxia with examples of him having to use two hands to take a sip of water from a glass, his gait when he is stood still which is more obvious when he is walking normally, even more so when there is an incline or uneven ground. The thing Trump does that Biden doesn't is move slower due to age or another physical issue, being out of shape or potentially something like dyspraxia, this is a good thing because if he tried to move quickly or push himself beyond his body's capability, like Biden does, he would have just as many, if not more embarrassing and dangerous falls. Then again, Trump has never really been an active, fit and healthy guy, so it's not like he has to adjust to being slower paced like Biden.

I love my mother, was responsible for her care for years and was there at her passing and I can never remember the exact day and year. And based on all the news the two of you have been reporting on Biden and Trump, it looks to me is that both of you are bending toward or altogether hoping a Trump win. The only way I can understand why is that you'll have a lot of negative news to report every night, which would probably increase your viewership due to the anxiety most of your viewers will have. That's probably the goal of most news outlets. And if it is to promote the progressive agenda, I sadly admit that the country is still far from a minority of the population's view on where the country should be. If 50 percent of the country were atheist, perhaps the majority might espouse many progressive members' views; however, we're at least a decade or more way from many progressive policies. I'm sorry, but after a while, a person can forget the year that a person passed. I remember everything about the time before my dad passed away, but after a while, the day remains, not the year. I like to remember him when he was alive, so forgetting the what year it was I lost him, isn't a huge deal to me. Maybe it's just me, but I don't think so.

I can attest, it's not being old that causes us to stop for a minute when asked what year our child(ren) died. There is a lot that happens memory wise when that question is posed. I know the day, date, and time, but when asked, I sometimes go a little sideways. The worst day of your life is coded in your memory differently than other days, dates and times. (That question can sometimes provoke a whole drive-by of flashing memories. It's a common yet very weird phenom.) (I still think Biden is too frail for another 4 years. And if he were to die, we'd be stuck with Harris. That's just bad.)

I watched a lot of clips about this hearing and yes, you are right that it's a waste of tax payer money but, the facts of the matter is, Hur, lied about a lot of stuff and the democrats made him admit that he was wrong. This is not a case of bothsidesism, the democrats clearly demonstrated that Hur overstepped his boundary as a prosecutor to carry water for the right. Strike 2.
