just in case future readers don't know, a thing called a "placenta" falls out when a mammal gives birth, which are the thin, transculent sacs that the babies are individually in as they come out. you can see them at 0:34 the placenta has a lot of health benefits when consumed by the mother. I think that's what the lady in the video means when she says "afterbirths"
