Piaggio P180 Avanti is an Italian executive transport aircraft with twin turboprop engines mounted in pusher configuration. It seats up to nine people in a pressurized cabin and may be flown by one or two pilots.
This P180 is operated for medical mission.

Is it really necessary to fly these airplanes around all the time... wasting money and fuel just to take rich people to vacation spots, "business" trips and blah dee dah? So funny. If people would invest their time and money on things that actually matter in this world, just imagine how wonderful it could be! Alas people's priorities are in the toilet.
