In this episode I will share the recipe for Jogja krecek fried chili sauce, this is really delicious, you have to try it, I will write the recipe below.
Ingredients :
- 80g beef krecek/rambak crackers
Ground spices :
- 10 red onion cloves
- 6 cloves of garlic
- a little shrimp paste (to taste)
- 5 large red chilies
- 1 galangal thumb
- 3 bay leaves
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar that has been grated
- 3 tbsp sour water
- 1 tablespoon salt, sugar and flavoring (to taste)
Additional materials:
- Pete
- fried tofu
- 65 ml coconut milk (can use instant coconut milk)
- 10 whole cayenne peppers
