Nothing broke apart during the whole assembling process - of course there were a lot of possibilities because of the very tiny detailed structures. For painting I used a combination of the new colour and washing range of alclad II. For rigging and wood decals products from uschi v.d. rosten were used. I hope you like it. Tom

SG was a glider via which my father had been experiencing his first flights. I'm Slovak and it was my intention to build it as a gift for him. Unfortunately, he passed away before I was able to finish it and it's unfinished till today. With the help of your video I'll be maybe able to finish it, finally. Thank you very much.

one think that gives me pleasure on modeling is "completing" it with a video.. editing becomea a hobbie when you want to tell a story.. the story of building a particular model... your "stories" are indeed beautifull! its a pleasure to watch! thanks for your time doing this

I'm very pleased you like it - but, to be honest, the wood grain comes from decals used over a light brown surface. They are from Uschi van der Rosten (uschivdr.com). Strictly recommend for this kind of wood simulation...

Tom, when handling these tiny tiny parts, how do you not have them flying from the tweezers all the time? I lose so many parts from them going flying off into the sunset, when I grab them with tweezers.
@TomGrigat
@TomGrigat 8 жыл бұрын
In fact this is my problem too. During this particular modelling process I lost a lot of brass parts and had to replace them. The worst problems I had with the stearing stick... 3 or 4 times I flipped away and was difficult to find again. But at last I won the struggle ;-)
