Good initiative. People who cannot afford or are unable to understand the intricacies of court procedure can benefit. Is this only in Delhi or in every state/city?

Court cases should work with fixed timeline . Once the case starts in the court it should be given greencolour , followed by yellow, orange and red ( Based on days and adjournment). The cases starting from lower judiciary are delayed because of undesirable adjournment. Precious time and money are lost. I spent almost 1.5 decades for a civil case. The pain and agony cannot be explained. To correct the system all you need is WILL.

When constitutional bench proceedings can be on live stream , Why not all cases starting from highcourt. If you allow me further , i can say, please record digitally all investigations by CBI, ED and other agencies. This will connect the investigation and court proceedings.

We as Indian citizens hope and pray for people who are jailed for reasons unknown, who are poor and cannot afford the bail will be considered, along with those Journalist, students who tried to raise their voice for justice under different circumstances have been imprisoned from a long time. Student like Umar khaleed who are brave to talk on injustice and speaks on GandhijisPrinciples are jaied and a case has yet be opened in the court, he has lost his life, career and time with family and friends, he deserves his life.India is not so blind to injustice and thousands support him without any bias based on religion or class status quo.we hope he get his freedom soon. So is for Mr.Sanjeev Bhat,IPS police officer jailed with false evidences and is imprisoned for last 5 years Approx. Hon.supreme Court has already given a verdict based on false evidences,we demand a re.check on the case and ask for hisfreedom. His family has been going public for support seeking justice. Kindly look into this matter from actual facts .kindly consider thisThank you..

The shameless Supreme Court of India remains on long vacations, a colonial legacy, to the detriment of public interest, as under : 1. Forty days summer vacation. 2. Fifteen days winter vacation . 3.Seven days Holi vacation. 4.Seven days Diwali and Karwa Chauth vacations. 5.Seven days in August + Janmashtami. 6.One hour lunch break! Doctors in govt. hospitals, police and other emergency services also work for long hours with far less number of holidays . Wake up CJI and govt.

@@arkodeepdutta1324 Judges do not perform night duties and duties involving 18 to 36 hours at a stretch. Most of the judgements are reproduction of averments of parties, generally done by PAs ; and one or two concluding paras are by judges. Leisure judiciary is also spreading discontent in society.

@@CadetRaaj How many judgements did you read? Interim orders and civil matters aside have you seen the constitutional judgements? PA's copy paste references? My friends have interned at HC and NGTs so "No" PA's don't even edit the Judgements, the judge max tells them to research and make list of orders. I do agree with the interim order situation. Also, submissions of the counsel's aside the ratio and the research done to support it is not on some flimsy grounds. Sure, ADJ, SDJ, CJM courts are not burdened with this, but they arw Trial courts and look at their burden.

@@arkodeepdutta1324 Umpteen number of CAT, DHC and Supreme Court orders . Present CJI has already raised the concern of long vacations by judiciary before PM some months back. Only schools , colleges and courts take such long vacations. British judges in India would go for summer vacation for two months to their country during which one month would be spent in going and coming back by steamer .The wasteful legacy of long vacations and one hour lunch practice by judiciary continues.

@@arkodeepdutta1324because firstly, they don't know concise judgment writing, secondly, it's not as difficult as sought to be made out, journalist, editors, professors, authors of law books etc; also have a lot to write, yet don't make out a grievance 😡

I can't imagine, such an educated, knowledgeable, intelligent, wise and experienced person could be literally and figuratively used as an advertisement, to promote, some abstract scheme. In all fairness, I pray he distances himself from the so called Lok Adalat, which as of date earned disrepute. Just to quote an incident; a press conference was organised at Vasai group of courts, some years ago, and I was invited as a journalist, representing the " Afternoon D & C, newspaper. I confronted the district judge about the integrity of the Lok Adalat, saying magistrates were compelling advocates to include their clients, against the clients wishes, the same was done for the judges to benifit, by getting promotion through a show of high disposal; that apart, some court administrative officials, are more interested in exhausting funds allocated for the scheme, as budgeted by the government. 😡

The idea of Lok Adalat is absurd. Only when the litigating parties cannot resolve their disputes by dialogue they approach the courts. But courts tell the parties at loggerheads to compromise..this is not expected from the courts.
