African leaders need to get their act together and fix this problem of sanitation in their countries. The super rich people in Africa need invest in their country and take care of it's people.

Glad to see USA step up the Effort. For those saying it is a little late. It is always better late then Never. Where are the other countries helping???? Where is Canada, France, Germany, Russia, Mexico, South America, China, Japan????????????? These people need help now and if we can all give money towards medical equipment than we should start NOW.
