900g Mutton, Beef or Chicken Mince
1tbsp Seekh Kebab masala
1tsp Chili flakes
1tbsp Coriander powder
1tsp Red chili powder
1/2tsp Turmeric
1/2tsp Black pepper
1tsp Garam Masala
1tbsp Garlic paste
1tbsp Ginger paste
1 Onion (200g)
finely chopped and squeezed
3-4 Green chilies (finely chopped)
3-4tbsp Coriander & Mint leaves (chopped)
Salt as your taste
1tsp Garam Masala
1tbsp Lemon juice
Green Chutney
1cup fresh Coriander
1/2cup Mint leaves
4-5 Green Chilies
1/2inch Ginger
3-4 Garlic
1/2tsp Chat masala
1/2tsp Coriander powder
1/2tsp Chili flakes
1/2tsp Cumin powder
1/4tsp Black salt
1tsp Brown sugar
1tbsp Lemon juice
Pinch of salt
4-5 Ice-cubes
3-4tbsp Water
Barberry Rice
1/4cup Water and 1/2tsp Saffron
2 Cup Basmati Rice
3-4 liter Water
2tsp Salt
2tbsp of Oil
100g Cranberries
2tbsp butter
saffron water
1tbsp Sugar
