2 tbsp miso paste
1 tbsp honey
2 tbsp light soy sauce
juice and zest of 2 limes, plus wedges to serve
2 boneless salmon fillets
2 tbsp oil
Mashed Potato:
1 head garlic, whole
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 kilo potatoes, sliced
4 teaspoons wasabi powder
1/2 to 1 teaspoon water
1/2 cup unsalted butter, room temperature
1/2 cup all purpose cream, plus more if needed
