"THINGS THAT NEVER CHANGE, THE FACT THAT WE'RE STILL 13." is really true. It is very rare nowadays to see other kpop groups with large number of members to still be together after so many years. There are even some few-member groups that despite having few members, they still got separated from each other due to some reasons. But in Seventeen, I have really seen how they value each other as family not just by sticking together as 13-membered group, but also sticking to their promises for theirselves and for us Carats and I think that's really beautiful. I still just can't believe that throughout the 7 years of these BIG 13 wonderful people, they were still able to do it together and wishes to pursue their dreams together despite the storms that may come. I hope and pray that SEVENTEEN will always be 13 until their last "Say The Name! SEVENTEEN".

I'm a baby Carat (Super Era) and I know I'm so late to stan Seventeen now but like what they say around the fandom, "You didn't stan Seventeen late. You just found them the time you needed them." I know they may not read this but I am so thankful for Seventeen for their music, performances and personalities. Adulting really hits hard these days and they make me wanna fight one more day. Being a Carat/a fan of Seventeen doesn't feel like just "fangirling" at all. I found a family and friend in these 13 guys. Most especially, a home. They make me laugh and cry. They inspire me. The happiness they give me is just immeasurable. I can't even put into words how much I love them. Watching this during best album "17 is right here" when woozi said that during this time (face the sun and repackage album) the vibes weren't nice and many unpleasant things happened that gave them hard time hits so much different. Woozi wanted to overcome the burden and wanted them to be like heroes that will overcome the negative stuff so he made "super" and working on fml, the members really became stronger and closer. Woozi and seventeen tysm for loving each other so much that i can learn from you guys and be a better person 🩷🥺

I'm a casual listener of other groups and I don't get into their discography other than title tracks, but when i heard SVT songs i wanted to hear more of their songs and got into their discography. Literally every album is a gem. Other than their music what really made me a stan was their personalities and pure hearts of each member. I was sad that why didn't i get to know them before but watching this made me realise that I'm grateful that i got to stan them even if it's late.i just genuinely love them so much❤ I have never felt this way to any other groups other than exo. Every second of this hour long talk was precious honestly; yet with that being said, there were 4 points that stood out to me: 1) When Seungkwan said that he thinks it’s actually better for the entire team that each of them get to do their own individual projects, because they all bring back something to the table with their own unique experiences apart from the team, which actually is what in turn makes them a better team, because the synergy they have is so much better precisely because they all have different experiences; 2) When S.Coups said that contract renewal is not as easy as just “wanting to stay together”. Because the fact is that they want to stay together, but that there are a lot of complex things they can’t disclose to the public that they had to consider if they do want to stay together. They talked about how, when they were younger and they would see the idol groups they admire suddenly disband, they would wonder, “why would they do they that, when they have so much more they can do?” They realise now, precisely in the process of renewing their contracts, that idols quit not because they want to quit. But it’s because it’s the surrounding circumstances that makes them unable to go on anymore. And that’s actually a sad and heartbreaking truth to hear straight from them: that idols quit not because they want to, but because circumstances-all these factors that they unfortunately can’t share to the public-forced them to. (And isn’t that sadly ironic, that with how much they try to “publicize” as much of themselves as possible as part of their job, it’s the most important things that they can’t reveal?); 3) And in connection to that, when Hoshi said that all these ideal things they believed in when they were younger-friendship, staying together forever, etc.-is still is his ideal and still is his hope, as they grow older as adults he’s been having this realization that these are not enough for them to stay together. He doesn’t know what will happen in the future, what other factors may someday force them to be apart even if it wasn’t what they wanted. So his determination now is to make the best of the time they have together while they still can, precisely because he doesn’t know how much longer they’ll have this. He doesn’t want to take it for granted; 4) And this is where I teared up: when Woozi said that in contrast to what the other members were saying in which they still have that goal to be the “best” in the world, he personally doesn’t believe they need or even deserve any more success. What they have now is enough for him-is already more than enough, because he can’t imagine ever having this much before. When he asks himself “what do I work so hard for?” His answer is that he’s doing this for his members. And because his members want to be the best in the world, then he will race alongside them and make that dream come true for them.

Watching this a year later because I am a new Carat. With all of the groups I stan and I tired to stan, and as a K-pop fan since 2017, I can say that SEVENTEEN hits home. I have not felt this kind of assurance and comfort throughout the years in my kpop world. My goal right now is to attend their concert/s in the future, but I know it's going to be hard for me because I still don't have the means to provide for myself. I don't even have kpop merchandise. SEVENTEEN, please take care of yourselves. You mean so much to me because you brought comfort to my life. I am new to this fandom but I feel like I have seen you grown up. Even though I was kind of late, I am very grateful that I met you. Thank you for meeting me, my 13. I am always hoping for the best of your career. SEVENTEEN is my youth, I remember being a high school student when I first fell for SEVENTEEN and now I am a university graduate who is about to commence work. They will always be part of my life and bring many memories to me.

"you didn't stan seventeen late, you just met them when you needed them the most" this somewhat feels comforting to me. im writing this in 2024 because in 2022 i was lost and i wasnt sure if i could say anything. i started stanning svt in 2022 since hot era. and i feel like this line is true. back in 2022 a lot of things happened, my dad fell really ill, he had his own business which slowly shut down, we went broke, my father was accused of stealing stuff and was sent to jail and he couldnt even speak for himself because he was paralyzed, my mother fought a lot but people kept dropping cases on us, my mother was finding jobs, going to the hospital jail, going to police station, talking with lawyers, i was just 14 and my brother was 16, we were left alone at home, sometimes cops would come at our house, so my grandmother stayed with us even tho she was sick, i still had to go to school with the same depressing feeling everyday, i didnt have any friends whom i could talk to this about, but i think i can talk about this now since it was in the past and also bc carat and seventeen are like family to me. although things are still not looking up, i feel much better now. listening to seventeen, watching gose, watching them laugh and joke about things felt/ feels so lively. it feels like im there with them at that moment and enjoying and laughing. im sorry for mentioning another group here but seventeen and txt really heals me. its like they know whats going on and they try to comfort me. people keep saying that im obsessed with kpop, svt, txt without knowing how much they mean to me. its crazy how ive never talked about this to anyone but im talking about it here, its fine its not like anyone knows me personally anyway lol. anyways thank you seventeen & carat for being there for me. i'll be a carat till the very end!

I still can't see how my future will be. I am jealous to others who have lots of plans for the future and is working hard to do their best in life. I'm a one week old carat. I didn't know why I never had the chance to learn more about them before. Maybe I was too focused on other groups that I stan and knowing a new one with many members seemed impossible to me. The past days while I'm watching their contents and listening to them, I was like- "Why did I have to stan them so late? I should have done it before." I was full of regrets. But you know what? Right now, I'm just so happy. Happy that even though I was late, it wasn't still late after all. That might seem confusing but that's what I feel right now. It's an honor that I finally knew about them; that still, I followed my heart's interest after ignoring them for so many years. I didnt know seventeen members are the most wonderful,the funniest and caring people. I started stanning them 2 weeks ago and i just cant believe that im missing out their beautiful moments starting from their debut day. I cant help but keep on watching their videos these past weeks and it gave me so much comfort. I really like it when they sit and started talking about their trainee days or random things. I laughed a lot watching 'GOING SEVENTEEN'. I regret so much for not stanning them earlier. They are really the BEST GROUP

We'll only have 2 more years for an OT13, Cheol and Jeonghan will be required to have military service in 2 years from now and the succeeding years will be the other members. They most likely talk about their decision for the coming years with the new contract. The earliest year we'll have an OT13 again will be on 2029, and that'll be another contract signing. God, they make it seem easy but this is most likely overwhelming for them, i really do admire how strong and dedicated they are. I truly hope for them to be healthy for the years to come.

It's a little bit heartbreaking to hear the possibility of Seventeen not being together anymore, but I love Hoshi's mature and adult-like way of thinking, it's so realistic and so true. Bands like to make promises to fans like 'oh yeah we'll be together forever' then split up months later, so I really appreciate Hoshi's honesty. it's so good to see their bonds, and our bonds with them. also, I was always afraid to comment under my favourite celebrities' posts, but hearing that they read and appreciate those comments, I definitely will comment more in the future happy anniversary guys!

I'm a two months old CARAT and I was sad that I stan SEVENTEEN late but I'm so thankful that I watched Hybe Labels Game Caterers because of Enha and Txt but it only brings me to SEVENTEEN and became a CARAT. I already knew them way back in 2016, a friend of mine introduce them to me but because I only listen to kpop songs without knowing the artist so I didn't pay attention to her and I regretted it after knowing them again. I really enjoyed watching them in every variety shows, especially on their GOING SEVENTEEN that I only finished it all within a month. CARATS is the luckiest fandom for me because imagine all 13 of them renewed their contract and the fact that they had foreigner members that could choose to go back to their country if they really want to but they choose to stay, it only means that they want to stay by each other's side and how they care and love their fans. I just love them so much. I love how they care and love each other. I love how simple, humble, and true they are. They make me feel like there's always a hope. They heal me everytime I'm having a mental breakdowns. I want to work hard to see and support them by voting, buying their albums, and going to their concerts. I'm just so glad that they renewed their contract. I may be late for their first "SAY THE NAME, SEVENTEEN" but I'll surely be there until their last "SAY THE NAME, SEVENTEEN" 😩💎 FIGHTING, MY OT13!!! ❤️❤️❤️

What I love most about Seventeen is like they're in the perfect age for everything. they trained hard in very young age but they're still in the industry with a very young mindset where they can go with the latest trend. they're not that old even they're 10 years now. I feel like they have showered in a fountain of youth. I believe they have the power to inspire a lot of idols

I regret stanning them late but as they say "you never stan them late, you found them the right time you needed them"(i think). ~~~~~~~~ No matter how many groups I stan svt will forever be my fav group why?Because they have this something that you can't find in any other groups. SEVENTEEN is like my best friend; lots of inside jokes, quality time, precious memories, the honest confessions, the advices, the respect, gratitude and love. Seventeen and Carats have been growing together supporting each other along the way. I'm so so grateful that I can be a part of their youth and happy that they are gonna be a part of my youth. I didn't realise how time has passed us so fast but it makes me look back at how I've grown along side Seventeen. This is the beginning of a new chapter for Seventeen and for me too. I became a carat when I was still in middle school, and this year I’m graduating from university. Like what The8 said Seventeen is my youth and the songs really comforted me during difficult times. I still can’t believe seven years have passed but at the same time I’m so proud of all of you. Happy 7th anniversary and I’m looking forward to the production and albums coming up.
