Just a quick video showing how tight the "Q" of this setup is. Circuit interaction / resonance is not acheived until a very specific frequency is selected. The rate of gas production is stellar in this setup because we have (near) equal opposite polarity pulses, as you can see with the blue and green waveforms. The osciloscope blue lead is at the cell's positive terminal and the green lead is connected to the cell's negative terminal. All cells (6x3) are connected in series.
This device is not producing HHO gas or energy "over unity". The 1/2 HP motor that drives the alternator / VIC consumes ~1000W. The takeaway from this is that the waveform seen here can be reproduced in a solid-state system (VIC transformer), eliminating the need for a motor / alternator.
